Liquid materials ship in 1000 L IBCs, 200/210 L steel or plastic drums, and 25 L pails, with customized packaging available on request. Loading reference: 18–20 IBCs per 20-ft container; 4 drums per pallet (80 drums / 20 pallets per 20-ft container); 24 or 36 pails per pallet (600 pails per 20-ft container). Solid and high-viscosity materials are packed in cartons lined with plastic bags or sheeting to protect cleanliness and product integrity.
For regular products we provide up to 200 g free of charge; high-value or customized products may carry a sample fee. Note that FedEx and TNT in China do not officially accept hazardous chemicals, so sample logistics are arranged accordingly — and any sample-related charges can be credited against your first commercial order.
TDS documents are available for every product — request one from the product page or by email, and the responsible team member responds promptly. Each product page on this site also carries the key TDS data in HTML form for immediate reference.
A COA is automatically issued with every sample shipment and commercial order. COAs for specific historical batches are available on request — just provide the batch number.
We do not set a strict MOQ and remain flexible on order quantities as long as the associated costs are acceptable to you. Smaller orders may carry higher unit and logistics costs — we quote transparently so you can decide.

Packaging details, storage conditions and handling instructions are specified in each product's TDS — follow those recommendations strictly to preserve performance and safety. Most polysilazane products are moisture-reactive and must stay tightly sealed at the stated storage temperatures.
