Room-temperature curable coatings bring ceramic-class protection to assets that cannot go through an oven: one- and two-component polysilazane systems that cure ambient — on site, in place, on schedule — yet deliver hardness to 8H, salt-spray endurance to 5000 hours and service temperatures to 600 °C.
Six grades split by what your surface needs. Clear protection: RT6 (maintenance workhorse, ≥4H), RT7 (flagship clarity, ≥8H, 500 °C non-yellowing) and RT8 (fluoro-modified, ≥120° contact angle, anti-graffiti). Pigmented anticorrosion: RT31 (black, 600 °C hot-section duty), RT61 (gray-white, one-component, 5000 h-class thin-film antirust) and EPPSZ-2K (two-component, thermal-shock verified). Customers buy the result — free of ovens — and choose the grade by surface property.

Clearcoats (RT6/RT7/RT8) protect while showing the substrate; pigmented systems (RT31 black, RT61/EPPSZ-2K gray) add filler-packed barrier performance for corrosion-led specs.
Hardness → RT7 (≥8H). Repellency and graffiti release → RT8 (≥120°). Hot sections → RT31 (600 °C). Salt-spray endurance → RT61/EPPSZ-2K (5000 h-class). General repair → RT6.
One-component grades cure with ambient moisture — simplest field logistics. EPPSZ-2K cures by mixing (1:1), independent of humidity, with verified thermal-shock toughness — the QC-controlled choice.
All grades reach handling strength in hours ambient and full properties in 1–7 days; every grade also accepts a 150–180 °C accelerated schedule of ~30 minutes when heat exists.

They cure to dense, hard, ceramic-like polysilazane films at ambient — hardness to 8H and service to 600 °C prove the point — but they do not require the furnace conversion of our HT line. When an oven or in-service heat is available, they densify further.
Start with RT61 (one-component) or EPPSZ-2K (two-component): both are epoxy-modified thin-film systems in the 5000-hour salt-spray class at just 40 µm. Send the environment (marine, chemical, temperature) for a confirmed system build-up.
Bare, roughened substrate (Sa 2.5 / minimum St 3) is the qualified basis. Over sound existing coatings, run an adhesion patch test first — protocols ship with each TDS, and our engineers review results with you.
