Silfluo Launches New Website for Specialty Silicone and Silazane Materials

Nanjing, China — December 2025 — Nanjing Silfluo New Material Co., Ltd. has launched its redesigned website at www.silfluo.com, giving engineers, formulators, and procurement teams clearer access to product specifications, application information, and technical documentation across its specialty organosilicon material portfolio.

The new website covers four core material groups: fluorosilicone fluids and rubber (FVMQ), phenyl silicone fluids and rubber (PVMQ), silazane precursors, and polysilazane-based coating systems.

Built for Technical Product Selection

The redesigned structure gives visitors a more direct way to match product series with application conditions.

Each product page is organized around chemistry, functional groups, typical physical properties, available viscosity or hardness ranges, curing conditions, and application direction. For fluorosilicone rubber, the website separates product series by performance focus, including low compression set grades, high tear strength grades, co-cure compounds, and flame-retardant options.

For engineers working on fuel-system seals, turbocharger hose liners, O-rings, diaphragms, or high-temperature coatings, the goal is to reduce the time between first product review and a qualified technical inquiry.

What the Website Covers

The fluorosilicone section includes fluorosilicone gum, pre-compounded FVMQ series, liquid fluorosilicone rubber, and fluorosilicone fluids, including vinyl-terminated, hydroxyl-terminated, methyl-terminated, and hydrogen-containing grades.

The phenyl silicone section covers phenylmethyl silicone fluids, diphenyl silicone oils, phenyl trimethicone, phenylvinyl silicone fluids, Phenyl D4 intermediates, and PVMQ base polymers for low-temperature, optical, thermal, and radiation-resistant applications.

The polysilazane coating section introduces room-temperature curable and heat-curable systems for high-temperature protection, anti-corrosion coating, electrical insulation, and ceramic-forming applications.

The silazane precursor section covers methylhydrosilazane, methylvinylsilazane, and cyclic silazane monomers for resin modification, rubber processing, and ceramic precursor systems.

Technical data sheets and safety data sheets are available for download directly from relevant product pages where documentation is listed.

A Practical Note on Temperature Claims

Polysilazane systems vary significantly by formulation. Room-temperature curable grades and heat-curable grades do not share the same operating window, and final performance depends on substrate type, film thickness, surface preparation, curing conditions, and exposure environment.

For applications involving continuous service above 400°C, Silfluo recommends reviewing the heat-curable polysilazane coating series and confirming the actual temperature profile with the technical team before selecting a grade.

From the General Manager

“We built the new site to answer the question engineers usually ask first: does this material hold up under my conditions?” said Kelvin Li, General Manager at Silfluo. “Whether the issue is fuel swelling, sub-zero flexibility, high-voltage insulation, or coating a metal surface exposed to heat, the information needed to start that evaluation should be easier to find.”

Silfluo will continue to update the website with product guidance, application notes, and technical articles covering fluorosilicone rubber, phenyl silicone fluids, polysilazane coatings, and related specialty organosilicon materials.
