Terms of Service

By accessing or using Silfluo's services, products, or technical documentation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to procurement managers, R&D engineers, formulation specialists, and authorized distributors.

All technical data sheets (TDS), specifications, and performance parameters provided are based on laboratory testing under controlled conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on application environment, processing methods, and end-use conditions.

Silfluo reserves the right to modify product formulations and specifications without prior notice to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance. Critical parameter changes will be communicated to existing customers.

Customers are responsible for conducting their own compatibility and performance testing before commercial-scale implementation.

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rates, and market conditions.

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to specialty grades and custom formulations. Standard products may have lower MOQ requirements.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of written purchase order and deposit payment (if applicable). Lead times vary by product type and order volume.

All products undergo 100% batch testing for critical parameters including viscosity, phenyl content, refractive index, and volatiles content according to GB/T and HG industry standards.

Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are provided with each shipment. Sample retention period is 36-60 months for full traceability.

Claims for quality issues must be submitted within 30 days of receipt with supporting test data. Silfluo reserves the right to conduct independent verification testing.

Standard packaging includes 20kg pails, 200kg drums, and 950kg IBC totes. Custom packaging available upon request with additional lead time.

Shipping terms follow Incoterms 2020 standards (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.). Risk transfers to buyer according to agreed Incoterm.

International shipments comply with IMDG, IATA, and UN dangerous goods regulations. Proper hazmat documentation and labeling provided.

All technical documentation, formulation data, synthesis processes, and proprietary testing methods are confidential and remain the exclusive property of Silfluo.

Customers may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, or disclose formulation details to third parties without written authorization.

Product samples provided for evaluation purposes remain Silfluo property and must not be subjected to detailed analytical characterization without prior consent.

Silfluo products comply with RoHS and REACH directives. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and regulatory documentation provided upon request.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and obtaining necessary approvals for their specific applications.

Export-controlled products require end-user certificates and comply with Chinese export control laws and international sanctions.

Silfluo's liability is limited to product replacement or refund of purchase price. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including but not limited to production downtime, lost profits, or end-product failures.

Products are sold "as-is" for industrial use by qualified professionals. Silfluo makes no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in product specifications.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific batch in question.

Either party may terminate business relationship with 90 days written notice. Outstanding orders and payment obligations remain in effect.

Silfluo reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse of technical information, or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for binding arbitration in Nanjing, China.

Language of arbitration proceedings shall be English or Chinese as mutually agreed.
