Features:
Vinyl-Terminated Fluorosilicone Fluid is a linear fluorosilicone polymer featuring vinyl-reactive end groups.
It combines the chemical resistance of fluorinated materials with the thermal stability and electrical insulation of silicone, and is commonly used as the base polymer in addition-cured elastomer systems for demanding chemical environments.

Applications:
- Raw Material for High-Performance Elastomers: Serves as the primary base polymer for manufacturing heat- and fuel-resistant components. It is ideal for producing critical parts such as fuel tank seals, fuel lines/hoses, O-rings, and diaphragms that require excellent electrical insulation and long-term stability in harsh environments.
- Reactive Diluent (Viscosity Modifier): Functions as an active diluent for addition-curing fluorosilicone rubber (FVMQ/LSR). It effectively reduces viscosity to improve processing without compromising the mechanical properties or chemical resistance of the final cured product.
Package &Storage:
In 5kg, 25kg and 250kg drum
Keep in cool, dry and ventilated place. This product should be neutral to avoid contact with acidic and alkaline substances. Keep in unopened containers, shelf life is 18 months from the date of production. It is shipped as non-hazardous substance. Storage beyond the shelf life does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
