Contact SupportWhat is the standard packaging?
For Liquid Materials:
Our standard packaging options include 1000 L IBC, 200 L / 210 L steel or plastic drums, and 25 L pails. Customized packaging is available upon request.
Container & Pallet Loading Reference:
- IBC 18-20 IBCs per 20'ft container.
- Drums 4 drums per pallet (1.44 CBM). 80 drums (20 pallets) per 20'ft container.
- Pails 24 or 36 pails per pallet. 600 pails (20 pallets) per 20'ft container.
For HCR & Solid Materials:
Products are packed in cartons lined with plastic bags or plastic sheets to ensure cleanliness and product integrity.

Can I get free samples?
For regular products, we can provide up to 200g free of charge. For high-value or customized products, a sample fee may apply.
Please note: FedEx / TNT in China do not officially accept hazardous chemicals. Any sample-related charges can be credited or reimbursed in the first commercial order.
How can I obtain the Technical Data Sheet (TDS)?
TDS files are available on our website under each product's detail page. If the TDS is not listed, please email us and the responsible team member will respond promptly.
How can I get the Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is automatically issued for all sample shipments and commercial orders. COAs can also be provided upon request by submitting the specific batch number.
What is the REACH registration status?
Silfluo has a portfolio of products fully registered under EU REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals).
For products not yet registered, we will coordinate appropriate compliance solutions when required. Please contact us to obtain the current REACH status list.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We do not set a strict MOQ. We are flexible on order quantities as long as the associated costs are acceptable to you.
Note: Smaller order quantities may result in higher unit and logistics costs.
What is the lead time?
- Standard Products: Usually shipped from China main ports within 14 working days (up to one FCL).
- Customized/Special Products: Require separate confirmation.
Lead time may vary due to market conditions. We recommend contacting our sales engineer in advance for precise scheduling.
What are the storage and handling guidelines?
Packaging details, storage conditions, and handling instructions are specified in the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for each product. Please strictly follow the TDS recommendations to ensure product performance and safety.
Does Silfluo offer customized solutions?
Yes. Our R&D and application laboratory provides customized product development based on our existing technology platforms and product range. Please contact our sales engineer to discuss technical requirements and feasibility.
Does Silfluo provide procurement or sourcing support?
Yes. We offer procurement and sourcing support services based on our industry experience. This service is available exclusively to our regular customers.
